Power

this concept just continues to amaze me.. each time i read more about it or see some thing related, i discover a new layer..

imagine.. a world, where every thing u do is under surveilence.. every step u take is being watched..u r privacy has been taken.. ur actions restricted... ur not allowed to speak, to express opinion, to eat, to go places, to do anything without their consent.. forget doing things.. imagine that even your thought has been pervaded!!

now u wud say how can that be done.. u wud say that they can take everything frm u ..they can torture u.. trash u.. for days, months, years together.. u mite eventually given in.. they ll take everything that urs... but there is that inch, which is always urs.. that thing called self..which belongs to u.. and u alone..

well my friend.. it can be done.. what if this very concept is flawed.. ur concept abt urself is based on certain principles.. ur origin, ur history, ur bringing up, ur interactions with the environment...

what if.. these principles themselves have been manipulated with.. what if one fine day u figure out that ur history itself is made up... every channel of information, of knowledge that u have.. has been maneuvered by them.. everything u know abt ur heroes, great leaders, freedom fighters, scientists, discoveries.. was actually false..made up.. ur concept of truth goes for a toss..

u express urself through words.. what if the words themselves cease to exist.. what if ur dictionary becomes shorter every year.. and eventually every feeling u have is expressed in terms of just good and bad..

everything in ur life is controlled.. ur constantly reminded of ur short comings.. u live in ignorance... ur basic reasoning has been stymied.. u cant think.. u r afraid.. or made afraid.. about things that can harm u.. hit u.. kill u.. destroy u.. do things to u, u cant even think of!! things that r not in ur control..

its Fear.. the fear of the unknown.. that they operate on it... they control it.. they build it.. feed it.. nurture it.. constantly.. relentlessly.. and then ur at their mercy.. their slaves..

This.. is the concept of Power.. in its most unrelenting, absolute sense.. it doesnt belong to a person or time.. it is perpetual.. timeless.. it is the Power to control that part of u that u urself dont know or have ever imagined.. this, my friend, is the Sign of Inevitability!!
