..economy of war..

well before i go off to sleep.. one more intersting thing that i learnt today..

the economies of war.. well.. interesting to note that war is actually good for industrial production.. the demand for all kinds of goods shoots up..industries flourish during war.. most of the indegenous industries ere came up during the 1st ww..

and post war.. is a slump period.. end of ww led to the great depression.. doesnt it look logical now.. war ends.. the industries realize that they ve overproduced.. suddenly there is a drop in demand.. prices plummet.. industries stop producing.. ppl r suddenly out of jobs.. ther is an excess of goods.. but still no one to consume..
